A DVD of an exhibition shown at Manchester Science Institute, depicting women that have made a positive contribution to SECT. This will be disseminated to schools, careers advisors and organisations that influence and celebrate women’s achievements.

Wider Horizons - Sheffield Hallam University

A DVD documenting experiences of employers and girls during work experience placements.

Raising the Roof - Oxford Women's Training

A short inspirational DVD and dynamic podcasts of vignettes delivering hot tips from women successful in their careers in construction. The selected women will show that you don't have to be superwomen and highlight the advantages that women can have by smartly using skills and training.

Trainers - UK Resource Centre for Women in SET

The aims of this training film will be to:

raise awareness within companies of factors influencing recruitment, retention and progression of women in SECT
identify attitudes and behaviours in the workplace that hinder women’s recruitment and progression
identify best practice in creating a gender inclusive working environment
identify actions companies can take to recruit and support women
